Today's world continues to become more technical and specialized so focusing on these areas makes it easier to stay on top of changes and trends in the law. After almost 30 years of practicing in these areas of law, it is highly likely that I've seen similar situations, especially as they may relate to your case, and can suggest effective solutions based on what I've seen work before!
My practice is intentionally small. This enables me to better serve each client individually. Every client has unique needs and goals. By personally handling your case, I can become familiar with those goals and best help you to achieve them. Even though every case is unique in some aspect, it is also true that there are usually commonalities between cases. Personally handling your case means I can best understand both the common and unique aspects of your case. Should your legal matter or need be outside my areas of expertise I will tell you and, if possible, provide you with the names of other attorneys in the area who should be able to help you.

Confidentiality is protected. What is said and done in my office and on your behalf that you wish to remain confidential will be so and may not be disclosed to anyone without your consent, except under limited circumstances.
Usually, through a quick e-mail dialogue or telephone call we can review and discuss your situation. During this initial consultation I will evaluate what it is that you are seeking in the way of legal services and whether or not I can be of help to you. I will provide you with an honest preliminary assessment of your situation and suggest a course of action. We'll also discuss finances so you know up front what to expect and can plan for it.
